Amazing Toy Show 2026 Hong Kong: Dates, Zones & Tickets

A December weekend in Hong Kong can disappear between sneaker drops, card meets and blind-box queues before you choose the event worth crossing the harbour for. Amazing Toy Show 2026 Hong Kong makes a strong case by bringing those collector worlds under one roof.

This year’s move to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre is more than a venue upgrade. With dedicated zones for trading cards, toy cars and local streetwear, the show is positioning collecting as one connected culture.

A bigger room, and a bigger idea

Amazing Toy Show 2026 runs from Friday 11 to Sunday 13 December. Doors open from 12:00 to 20:00 each day.

For the first time, the show will take over Exhibition Hall 3DE at the HKCEC in Wan Chai. According to the official late-October update, the floor has expanded to 70,000 square feet.

Three hundred local and overseas exhibitors are expected, with organisers forecasting 100,000 visits across the weekend. That is enough room to move well beyond the show's familiar art-toy base.

Blind-box designer figures remain central, Labubu and Molly among them. The bigger story is how the expanded format connects toy design with adjacent scenes.

Three new zones reshape the show

The new zones are not side attractions. Together, they make Amazing Toy Show feel closer to a full collector convention than a conventional Hong Kong art toy fair.

AMAZING CARDNIVAL

AMAZING CARDNIVAL covers TCG releases alongside sports, animation and celebrity cards. It brings a fast-growing collector category into the same space as designer figures.

That crossover feels natural. Card collectors already understand rarity, artist-driven releases and the pressure of a limited drop. The format may differ, but the chase is familiar.

AMAZING WHEELS

AMAZING WHEELS shifts the focus to miniature vehicles and remote-control cars. Announced exhibitors include POP RACE with its 1:64 die-cast models, Hung Hing Toys and Tiny, known for Hong Kong bus models and detailed street scenes.

This could become one of the show’s strongest visual sections. Tiny’s local transport models turn everyday Hong Kong infrastructure into display-scale design, while POP RACE brings the finish and collectability associated with modern die-cast culture.

HONG KONG DAY STYLE

HONG KONG DAY STYLE zone puts local streetwear and design labels inside a toy show rather than treating fashion as a separate lane.

That move reflects how people actually collect now. A figure sits beside a sneaker rotation. Graphic tees borrow from character design, while toy artists build identities with the precision of fashion labels. The categories were never as separate as event layouts made them look.

More than blind boxes

Amazing Toy Show is also introducing an AI-animated version of its Monkey King mascot figure, 齊天大聖. Hong Kong Day Style curator Lok Ka-leung described it as the show’s first use of AI for the character. The event’s own mascot, 太陽仔 or Sun Boy, will also appear at the venue.

The announced guest list stretches across music, entertainment and character culture. It includes singer Chow Pak-ho with 比比鳥, Jackal Ng of Fat Coffee With and entertainer 193, also known as Kwok Ka-chun.

For anyone tracking the regional circuit, this closes out a year that ran through Taipei Toy Festival in October. Neither show needs to be the biggest to make the point: Asia is where designer toys and character-led collecting set their pace.

Amazing Toy Show 2026 in Hong Kong tickets and planning

General admission is HK$50 for adults and HK$30 for children aged four to eleven. There is also a priority entry ticket at HK$300, sold for one specified day, and it is the one worth understanding before you buy. Priority holders arrive between 10:00 and 11:00, two hours before general opening, and queue by the entry number printed on the ticket. Turn up late and you are not let in on it.

The three priority designs, one per day, are illustrated by Grape Brain, so they double as a collectible in their own right.

Tickets are sold in person at ESPRIT and online through HK01 and 01 SPACE, Maoyan and uutix, with an online lottery open to both Hong Kong and overseas buyers.

HKCEC sits on top of Exhibition Centre MTR station and is walkable from Wan Chai. With three debut zones and guest programming stacked across three days, going early beats fighting the afternoon crowd.

The show will be at its best where those scenes collide rather than where they stay in separate booths. Block out the weekend, and follow Minecolabs for Hong Kong drop details as it approaches.
